MPXx5010: 0至10kPa，差压和表压，集成压力传感器

恩智浦MPX5010/MPXV5010G/MP3V5010系列压阻式传感器是最新型的单片式硅压力传感器。该传感器应用范围广泛，特别是采用带A/D输入的微控制器或微处理器的应用。该传感器集先进的微机械、薄膜金属化和双极性工艺于一身，可提供与所施压力成正比、精确的高电平模拟输出信号。

0℃到85℃范围内的最大误差率为5.0%
适用于基于微处理器或微控制器的系统
耐用型环氧材料单片式器件或热塑(PPS)表面贴装
温度补偿范围为-40°到+125℃
获专利的硅剪应力应变片
提供差压和表压两种配置
可提供表面贴装(SMT)或过孔(DIP)配置
