PCF8570: 带有I2C总线接口的256 x 8位静态低电压RAM
PCF8570是一款低功率静态CMOS RAM，组织为256字×8位。
通过两路双向总线（I²C总线）串行传送地址和数据。每次写入或读取数据字节后会自动递增内置字地址寄存器。三个地址引脚A0、A1和A2用于定义硬件地址，允许使用最多8个器件连接至总线而无需额外硬件。
