PCF8583T: 带240 x 8位RAM的时钟和日历

PCF8583是一款时钟和日历芯片，其基于的是采用256 字× 8 位结构的2048位静态CMOS1 RAM。通过两线双向I²C总线串行传送地址和数据。内置字地址寄存器会在每次写入或读取数据字节后自动递增。地址引脚A0用于编程硬件地址，允许将两个器件连接至总线而无需额外硬件。

内置32.768 kHz振荡器电路和8字节RAM用于时钟、日历和计数器功能。随后8个字节可编程为警报寄存器或用作可用RAM空间。剩余的240字节是可用RAM位置。
