S08QE: 8位Flexis® QE MCU

S08QE系列由一对引脚兼容的8位和32位器件组成,是Flexis®系列中的首个系列产品。 Flexis系列控制器是恩智浦 控制器联合体的结合点,使8位与32位兼容性成为现实。

S08QE128具有128Kb闪存、24路ADC通道和高达25MHz的总线频率,树立了8位架构性能的新标杆。32位MCF51QE128与8位S08QE128器件的引脚、外设和工具兼容。它们具有相同的外设和开发工具,带来了极高的迁移灵活性。
