S12D: 16位微控制器

MC9S12D是由标准的片上外设组成的16位MCU,包括:

系统资源映射、时钟生成、中断控制和总线接口由系统集成模块(SIM)管理。

MC9S12D具有完整的16位数据通路吞吐能力。但外部总线能以8位窄模式运行,因此可以连接单个8位宽存储器,降低系统成本。

包含PLL电路,可以调整功耗和性能
