SC16C750BIBS: 5 V、3.3 V和2.5 V的UART,带有64字节FIFO

SC16C750B是一款通用异步接收器和发送器(UART),用于串行数据通信。其主要功能是将并行数据转换成串行数据或将串行数据转换成并行数据。UART可处理最高3 Mbit/s的串行数据速率。

SC16C750B的引脚兼容TL16C750,其功能等同于16C450。对控制寄存器进行编程可启用SC16C750B的附加功能。其中一些附加功能为64字节接收和发送FIFO、自动硬件流控制。可选的自动流控制功能通过使用1输出和1输入信号自动控制串行数据流,在FIFO模式中显著降低软件负载并提升系统效率。SC16C750B还提供通过FIFO触发电平以及1和1信号进行的DMA模式数据传输。板载状态寄存器为用户提供错误指示、操作状态和调制解调器接口控制。可定制系统中断以满足用户需求。内部环回能力允许进行板载诊断。

SC16C750B工作在5 V、3.3 V和2.5 V以及工业温度范围下,且提供塑料PLCC44、LQFP64和HVQFN32封装。
