MC33996: 带SPI控制的16输出开关

恩智浦MC33996是一个16输出低边开关，带24位串行输入控制，专为电感、白炽灯和LED负载等一系列应用而设计。

特性

25摄氏度时的导通电阻为0.55 Ohm
工作电压，VPWR 5.0 V至27 V
工作电压，SOPWR 3.1 V至5.5 V
针对白炽和电感负载开关，限制输出电流(0.9 A)并钳制电压(50V)
输出有独立的过热关断
PWM可编程输出
OFF开路负载检测电流在灵敏度高的LED应用中将关闭
输出ON短接VBAT和OFF短接地/开路检测
