MC9S12H: S12H汽车和工业微控制器(MCU)

MC9S12H128 MCU是由标准的片上外设组成的16位器件，包括HCS12 CPU。

MC9S12H128具有完整的16位数据吞吐通道。

由于包含PLL电路，因此可以调整功耗和性能

除每个模块上提供的I/O端口外，还提供12个通用I/O引脚，具备中断和从停止或等待模式唤醒的功能。

  • 两个兼容CAN 2.0 A/B软件的1M bit/s模块
  • 16位8通道定时器
  • 6个PWM通道(8位6通道或16位3通道)
  • 串行接口：SCI、SPI、IIC
  • 带可变输入电压的液晶显示屏驱动，可配置多达32个前面板和4个背板或通用输入或输出
  • 24个高电流驱动器，适用于PWM电机控制
