  • 典型的Doherty WiMAX性能:VDD = 28 V,IDQ1A = IDQ1B = 80 mA,IDQ2B = 275 mA,VG2A = 1.7 Vdc,输出功率 = 10 W平均值,f = 2700 MHz,OFDM 802.16d,64 QAM 3/4,4脉冲段,10 MHz信道带宽,输入信号PAR=9.5dB @ 0.01% CCDF。 功率增益:25 dB 功率附加效率:25% 器件输出信号PAR:8.5dB @ 0.01% CCDF 8.5 MHz偏移时的ACPR:在1MHz信道带宽时为–37 dBc
  • 在32 Vdc,2600 MHz,90 W CW输出功率(额定功率有3 dB输入过载)时,能处理10:1VSWR
  • 稳定在10:1 VSWR。在100 mW至10 W CW的输出功率时,所有杂散低于-60dBc
  • 1 dB压缩点时的输出功率 ≃ 30 W CW
  • 生产测试在对称Doherty配置中进行
  • 100%经过PAR测试,可保证输出功率能力
  • 提供串联等效大信号阻抗参数和共源S参数
  • 片上匹配(50 Ohm输入,DC阻止)
  • 集成静态电流温度补偿,具有启用/禁用功能
  • 集成的ESD保护
  • 可耐225°C高温的塑料封装
  • 符合RoHS规范
  • 采用盘卷包装。R1后缀 = 500个,44 mm卷带宽度,13英寸卷盘。
