- 高达1 MB片上闪存，有独立的64KB数据闪存用于EEPROM仿真
- 高达48 KB片上SRAM，带纠错码(ECC)
- 高达160 KB片上图形SRAM(无ECC)
- 并行数据接口(PDI)，支持数字视频输入
- 音频生成和播放采用PWM通道和DMA
- 四路串行外设接口(QSPI)闪存控制器
- 超高可靠性MCU
