NX3L2267: 低电阻双单刀双掷模拟开关
NX3L2267是双路低电阻单刀双掷模拟开关，适用于模拟或数字2 : 1多路复用器/解复用器。每个开关都具有一个数字选择输入(nS)、两个独立的输入/输出（nY0和nY1）和一个公共输入/输出(nZ)。
数字输入处的施密特触发器动作使电路容许较慢的输入上升和下降时间。低阈值数字输入使该器件能由3.3 V应用中的1.8 V逻辑电平驱动而不明显增大电源电流ICC。NX3L2267因此能够使用1.8 V数字控制器切换4.3 V信号，无需逻辑电平转换。NX3L2267允许振幅高达VCC的信号从nZ传输到nY0或nY1；或从nY0或nY1传输到nZ。其低导通电阻(0.5 Ω)和平坦度(0.13 Ω)确保最小衰减和传输信号失真。
