S08AC: 8位Flexis® AC128/96/60/48/32 MCU

AC系列由一对引脚兼容的8位和32位器件组成,是Flexis®系列器件的第3个系列。Flexis系列控制器是恩智浦控制器联合体的连接点,能够实现8位与32位器件的兼容。

S08AC128/96/60/48/32 具有128 Kb闪存、3个定时器/脉宽调制器(PWM)、16通道10位ADC和高达20MHz的总线频率,树立了8位架构性能的新标杆。8位S08AC128/96/60/48/32与32位MCF51AC256/128器件的引脚、外设和工具兼容。它们具有相同的外设和开发工具,带来了极高的迁移灵活性。
