S08RN: 带TSI的8位EEPROM,用于车身电子MCU

面向汽车电子的S08RN系列8位微控制器(MCU)具有高扩展性,既有低成本的2KB闪存、8引脚封装的经济型解决方案,也有60KB闪存、采用64引脚封装的功能全面的解决方案。本系列微控制器之间的引脚和外设兼容,易于在不同产品间迁移。

S08RN MCU符合AEC-Q100标准,工作环境温度最高可达125°C。

触摸传感器接口等集成外设以及电机控制PWM,简化了PCB板设计,再结合广泛的器件选择,有助于降低物料成本。

  • 总线频率达20MHz的S08内核(带HW-CRC)
  • 通过BDM的调试模块(单线,非侵入式)
  • 最高60K闪存,在整个工作电压和温度范围内均可进行读取/编程/擦除操作
  • 最高4KB RAM
  • 带ECC的256B EEPROM (4字节擦除区)
  • 通信接口:最多3个LIN-SCI、2个SPI、1个 IIC
  • Flextimer:
    • 多达3个16位Flextimer,每个模块具有2-6个通道
    • 6通道Flextimer,具有故障输入与死区时间插入及ADC同步,支持三相无刷直流(BLDC)电机控制
    • 可配置输入捕捉、输出比较、边沿或中央对齐的脉宽调制模块(PWM)
  • 多达3个16位Flextimer,每个模块具有2-6个通道
  • 6通道Flextimer,具有故障输入与死区时间插入及ADC同步,支持三相无刷直流(BLDC)电机控制
  • 可配置输入捕捉、输出比较、边沿或中央对齐的脉宽调制模块(PWM)
  • 带内部时钟源的实时时钟和看门狗定时器
  • 高达16通道12位SAR ADC,具有8阶FIFO队列
