S08SG: 8位小型封装SG MCU

恩智浦8位S08SG系列微控制器(MCU)是面向LIN从设备、通用市场、高温(环境温度高达150℃)和空间受限制的应用而设计的入门级和中端产品。 SG系列器件采用非入侵式、单线后台调试模块(BDM),可在不中断芯片运行的情况下读取寄存器,能够方便地用于应用设计。由于可在应用中实时进行更改,因而可以缩短开发时间。另外,它还可在空间受限的地方进行调试。这个系列采用片上组件,不需要外部晶振、低电压中断(LVI)电路、稳压器、I/O复用器、看门狗电路和模数转换器(ADC)和开发工具,有助于降低成本、提高质量并节省电路板空间。

SG系列还与S08EL和S08SL系列引脚兼容。这种灵活性便于产品的升级或降级,无需重新设计电路板或进行耗时且昂贵的开发。
