S08SH: 8位通用SH MCU

S08SH系列是一系列S088位微控制器,为5V工作电压的应用提供新型的低端解决方案。S08SH系列与S08SG引脚、工具和软件兼容,具有更大的设计灵活性。它还具备丰富的外围设备,包括串行通信接口(SCI)、串行外设接口(SPI)、I²C、模数转换器(ADC) 、模拟比较器和温度传感器。
