S12C: S12C汽车和工业微控制器(MCU)

S12C是基于我们48/52/80引脚闪存的MCU系列的成员,为通用的工业控制与汽车网络应用带来了16位内核的强劲性能和灵活性。

此外,基于片上带隙的稳压器(Vreg)将2.97V到5.5V的外部工作电压转换成相应的内部数字电源电压(VDD)。

由于包含锁相环(PLL)电路,因此可以调整功耗和性能。

80引脚封装版本的产品可提供总计50个I/O端口引脚和两个输入引脚。

提供12个I/O端口位,具有从停止或等待模式唤醒的功能。
