S12XB: S12XB汽车和工业微控制器(MCU)

MC9S12XB是具有更高性价比的通用系列器件，适用于不需要像S12XD系列那么多外设的应用。

MC9S12XB系列面向通用汽车车身应用，是与9S12XD系列的一个子集，与之完全兼容。

相对于S12XD系列，它去掉了一些功能，速度也有所降低，以显著降低成本。

与S12XD系列一样的是，S12XB保留了恩智浦16位MCU所具有的高性价比、低功耗、卓越的EMC性能和代码效率。

S12XB系列器件包括：MC9S12XB256、MC9S12XB128。

  • 可以向上兼容MC9S12的指令集
  • 增强型中断模块
  • XGATE协处理器
  • 128 KB至256 KB闪存EEPROM
  • 1 KB至2 KB EEPROM
  • 6 KB至10 KB RAM
  • 8或16通道模数转换器(ADC)，8或10位分辨率
  • 8通道16位增强型捕捉定时器
  • 8通道8位或4通道16位脉宽调制器
  • 一个1 Mbps CAN 2.0 A/B软件兼容模块
  • 两个串行通信接口，一个串行外设接口和两个内部集成电路接口
