STK672-732AN-E: Stepper Motor Driver Intelligent Power Module (IPM), Unipolar 2-Phase
The STK672-732AN-E is a IPM for use a unipolar, 2-phase stepper motor driver IPM. It features the use of A, AB, B and BB 2-pahse input signals. It is with built-in current resistor. and motor current is set by the voltage on the Vref pin. In addition the STK672-732AN-E has various protective functions against over-current and over-heat. And it is pin-compatible with STK672-740AN-E.
特性- Protective function against over-current and over-heat is built in (Output Current OFF)
- Common-mode input protection circuit is built in
- Current detection resistors is built in
- Built-in power on reset function
- Supports schmitt input for 2.5 V high level input
- Incorporating a current detection resistor (0.141 Ω : resistor tolerance ±2%), motor current can be set using two external resistors
- The ENABLE pin can be used to cut output current while maintaining the
excitation mode
- Supports compatible pins with STK672-740AN-E
