H8SX/1638 group and H8SX/1638L group are a 32-bit CISC microcomputer with amaximum operating frequency of 50 MHz. It is upward pin-to-pin compatible withexisting H8SX/1650, 1651, 1657 groups and supports greater ROM size from 256Kto 1MB. The on-chip peripheral functions have been enhanced with 2 units ofTPU, PPG and ADC. The H8SX/1638L Group newly added to H8SX/1638 Group this timeboasts the addition of LVD/POR functions.
