Automotive 300mA Fixed Output LDO Regulators BD3650FP-M
BD3650FP是36V高耐压面向车载的稳压器。输出相位补偿电容可以使用陶瓷电容，输出精度为±2%，万一短路时，采用了抑制发热的フ字型过电流保护电路，即使在严峻的条件下也能实现汽车电源电路的高可靠性。
