AC/DC controller IC for LED lighting BD521GOFJ
BD521GOFJ是LED照明用AC/DC转换器。本IC适合准谐振型High-side LED驱动器用途，可实现LED电流的高精度化和低EMI化。与功率因数校正(Power Factor Correction)转换器组合，可应对高次谐波。选择外接MOSFET，可实现小功率到大功率的LED的驱动。可应用于从射灯等小型照明到基础光等大型照明的广泛领域。外接LED电流检测电阻，可实现自由度高的LED电流设定。
