BD95602MUV is a dual buck regulator controller withadjustable output voltage from1.0V to 5.5V and an inputvoltage range of 5.5 to 28V. High efficiency is achievedwith an external synchronous Nch-MOSFET. H3RegTM,Rohm’s advanced proprietary control method that usesconstant on-time control to provide ultra high transientresponses to load changes is used. SLLM(Simple LightLoad Mode) technology is added to improve efficiencywith light loads giving high efficiency over a wide loadrange. In addition to the dual buck regulator controllers,there are 2 LDO regulators included that are fixed outputvoltage of 3.3V and 5.0V. Other functions included aresoft start, variable frequency, short circuit protection withtimer latch, over voltage, and power good outputs. Thisbuck regulator is optimal for high-current applications.
