低Duty LCD段码驱动器 BU97981GU

BU97981GU是1/4、1/3占空比的Static通用LCD驱动器,最多可显示196段的LCD。内置显示用RAM,可减轻微控制器负荷,还无需外置部件,实现了低功耗。最多控制31个通用输出,可实现LED元件等的点亮,此外还内置3ch具有PWM功能的LED驱动器,还能实现背光、按钮LED等的照明。采用小型BGA封装,适用于小型电路板应用。
