Low Capacitance ESD Protection, 0.5pF 8kV Bidirectional Discrete TVS
SP3021 Series Low Capacitance TVS Diode Arrays, part of the Littelfuse SPA™family, provide robust ESD protection for high-speed ports such as HDMI, USB2.0, USB3.0, eSATA and Ethernet that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD) and lightning induced surge currents.
They ensure excellent clamping performance due to their low dynamic resistance of 1.6 ohms. SP3021 Series devices are assembled in a SOD-882 package (0402), making them ideal for protecting high speed ports used in a variety of compact consumer products.
These RoHS compliant devices also comply with the following standards: IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD), IEC 61000-4-5 (lightning), and IEC61000-4-4 (EFT).
