ADE7751:  单相电能计量IC,内置故障检测

ADE7751是一款精确的容错电能计量IC,设计用于双线式配电系统。它基于线路电压和电流提供瞬时和平均实际功率。该产品的技术规格超越了IEC1036标准所列的精度要求。ADE7751上唯一采用的模拟电路是ADC和基准电压源电路。所有其他信号处理(例如,乘法和滤波)都在数字域中实现。这种方式能够在极端环境条件下长期保持出色的稳定性和精度。

ADE7751集成了一种新颖的故障检测方案,该方案既在故障情况下发出警告,同时又允许ADE7751在故障事件期间继续进行精确的计费。ADE7751通过持续监控相位和零线(回路)电流来实现这一目的。如果上述电流相差超过12.5%,则表明有故障发生,此时取两个电流中较大的一者继续进行计费。通道之间的增益校准在器件外部予以调整。ADE7751采用SSOP封装,与AD7751引脚兼容,具有与AD7751相同的功能。唯一的不同在于其低频(F1/F2)和高频(CF)输出在所有负载条件下均保持同步。
