Table 2, Sampling Rate Lookup Table, USB Mode (USB Enabled), contains errors.
For the ADC Sampling Rate and DAC Sampling Rate of:
- 12kHz -- SR[3:0] = 1000 is incorrect. The correct sampling rate is SR[3:0] = 0100.
- 16kHz -- SR[3:0] = 1010 is incorrect. The correct sampling rate is SR[3:0] = 0101.
