AD9786 16-Bit, 500 MSPS TxDAC+® D/A Converter

The AD9786 is the 16-bit member of the latest high-performance TxDAC+® product family. Designed specifically to address multicarrier communications architectures, it achieves true 16-bit linearity and breakthrough noise and intermodulation distortion performance. This record-breaking performance allows synthesis of multicarrier transmit signals at intermediate frequencies (IFs) of 100 to 300 MHz and beyond. As a result, system designers can eliminate an up-conversion stage and reduce overall parts count, ultimately lowering total system cost. Its 2x/4x/8x selectable interpolation filters ease data rate and output signal reconstruction filter requirements.
