ACPM-7788 Quad-band GSM/EDGE and Multi-mode Power Amplifier

The Avago ACPM- 7788 is a multi-band, multi-mode power amplifier (PA) module that supports GMSK and 8-PSK modulation schemes and UMTS bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 34, 39, 5, 8, 13, 17, 20, 28A and 28B.  The module is manufactured in an advanced InGaP HBT technology that offers state-of-the-art reliability, temperature stability, and ruggedness and housed in a cost-effective, extremely small and thin 5mm × 7mm package.
