ADA-4643 Silicon Bipolar Darlington Amplifier

The ADA-4643 is a general purpose Silicon Bipolar Darlington Amplifier housed in an industry standard SOT-343 (4-lead SC70) package. The device is a current driven amplifier that operates on a single current supply. It also exhibits flat gain, high linearity and unconditional stability.

  • At 900MHz, the ADA-4643 delivers gain of 17.0dB, OIP3 of 28.3dBm and P1dB of 13.4dBm at 35mA/3.5V biasing. Internal input and output 50-ohm matching makes it simple to use with little design efforts, making it an excellent choice for IF, buffer and general purpose amplifiers for the wireless communications market.
