HLMP-3651 T-1 3/4 (5 mm), 12 Volt, Integrated Resistor, Yellow LED Lamp

This 12 Volt yellow lamp contains an integral current limiting resistor in series with the LED. This allows the lamp to be driven from a 12 Volt source without an external current limiter. HLMP-3651 is made from GaAsP on a GaAs substrate. This diffused lamp provides a wide off-axis viewing angle.
