HSMP-3832 General purpose PIN diode

The HSMP-3832 / HSMP-383x family of general purpose PIN diodes are designed for two types of applications. The first is diode attenuator applications where current consumption is the most important design consideration. The second application is pin diode switches where low capacitance is the most important design factor.
