SPX385：Micropower Highly Stable Voltage Reference
The SPX385 series is a micropower 2-terminal band-gap highly stable voltage reference with a wide 10µA to 20mA operating current range. The SPX385 series is available in a SOT-23-3, TO-92-3 and NSOIC-8 packages.
