BTS56033-LBA

The SPOC+  BTS56033-LBA is a six channels high-side smart power switch in TSON-24 package providing embedded protective functions and full load diagnosis. The output stages can be controlled directly by parallel inputs for PWM applications or by SPI. Channels 1 to 3 : 39mΩ typ. Channels 4 to 6 : 110mΩ typ.
