TDA5231

The TDA523x series is a family of autonomous ASK/FSK receivers for the frequency bands 302 – 320 MHz, 433 – 450 MHz, and 865 – 870 MHz. A fully integrated RF-synthesizer offers multi-channel capability. The IC integrates an image-reject RF-front-end together with digital base band processing. The digital base band features fast symbol clock-recovery based on a digital PLL plus automatic extraction of telegrams from run-in data. Data telegram can be screened for IDs before being stored in a FIFO-data buffer. Autonomous self-polling reduces power-consumption because it off-loads the host in the receiver application. The device can switch between two configurations.
