TC4421A

The TC4421A is a high speed, high current, rugged, and effi cient MOSFET driver. The TC4421A is an inverting driver. This device is intended to improve upon the current TC4421 9A MOSFET driver.

  • Wide Operatig Range 4.5v to 18v

  • Low Output Impedance 800 milliohm
  • low supply current (450ua w/ logic 1 input)
  • Can Withstand Up to 1.5A of Output Reverse Current
  • Reduced shoot through current
  • Wide Operating Temperature Range -55 to +125
