TDA1308：AB类立体声耳机驱动器
TDA1308是采用SO8或TSSOP8塑料封装的集成式AB类立体声耳机驱动器。该器件采用1 μm互补金属氧化物半导体(CMOS)工艺制造，主要开发用于便携式数字音频应用。
