i.MX514: Applications Processors - Hardware Accelerated 2D and 3D graphics, High Performance, Low Power, ARM® Cortex®-A8 Core

The i.MX514 multimedia applications processor offers high performance processing optimized for the lowest power consumption combined with hardware accelerated 2D and 3D graphics for navigation, advanced HMI, instrument clusters and telematics. It features Our advanced and power-efficient implementation of the ARM® Cortex®-A8 core, which operates at speeds up to 600 MHz.

The i.MX514 is supported by companion NXP® power management ICs (PMIC), MC13892, MC34704, MC34709 and MMPF0100.

For automotive i.MX51 versions, i.MX516 samples are orderable.
