MC33910: LIN SBC with 2x60 mA High Side Drivers
The NXP® MC33910 is a SPI-controlled System Basis Chip (SBC) that combines many frequently used functions in an MCU-based system, plus a LIN transceiver.

- Two 60 mA high side switches
- One high voltage analog/logic input
- Full-duplex SPI at frequencies up to 4 MHz
- LIN transceiver capable of up to 100 kbps with wave shaping
- Configurable window watchdog
- 5.0 V low drop regulator with fault detection and low voltage reset (LVR) circuitry
- Switched/protected 5.0 V output (used for Hall sensors)
- IEC61000-4-2 ESD performance on LIN and Wake up inputs ('G5AC)
- EMC immunity against RF disturbance and Transient and Conducted Emissions ('G5AC)
- This product is included in NXP®.s product longevity program, with assured supply for a minimum of 15 years after launch
