CPH3121/CPH3221 is Bipolar Transistor (-12)15V (-)3A VCE(sat);(-165)175mV max. PNP/NPN Single CPH3 for DC-DC converter applications, relay drivers, lamp drivers, motor drivers and flash. Its MBIT structure provides high current capacitance, low collector-to-emitter saturation voltage and high-speed switching performance.
