EMI814X: Common Mode Filter with ESD Protection
The EMI814x is a family of Common Mode Filters (CMF) with integrated ESD protection. Differential signaling IO's can now have both common mode filtering and ESD protection in one package.
Features- Total Insertion DMloss < 2.5dB at 2.5GHz
- Large Differential Mode Cutoff Frequency >5GHz
- High Common Mode Stop Band Attenuation >10dB at 500MHz, 15dB at 700MHz
- Low Channel Resistance 6.0 ohms
- Provides ESD Protection to IEC61000-4-2 Level 4, +/-15kV Contact
