LC87F5M64A: 8-bit Microcontroller with 64K-byte Flash ROM and 2048-byte RAM

The LC87F5M64A is an 8-bit microcontroller centered around a CPU core that operates with a minimum bus cycle time of 83ns and integrate an extensive set of peripheral functions on a single chip. These peripheral functions include a high-functionality 16-bit timer/counter that can be divided and used as two 8-bit timers, 8-bit timers with internal prescalers, a clock time base timer, a synchronous SIO circuit that features an automatic transfer function, an asynchronous or synchronous SIO circuit, a 12-bit PWM output circuit, 12/8-bit resolution selection function, a remote control receiver circuit, a high-speed clock counter, a system clock divider, an internal reset circuit, and an extensive set of interrupt sources.
