MSR1560: Power Rectifier, Soft Recovery, Switch-mode, 15 A, 600 V
The Soft Recovery Rectifier is designed for boost converter or hard-switched converter applications, especially for Power Factor Correction application. The Soft Recovery Rectifier can also be used as a free wheeling diode in variable speed motor control applications and switching mode power supplies.
