MT9D131: 2.0 MP 1/3" System-on-Chip
The MT9D131 is a complete system-on-a-chip solution. It incorporates sophisticated,on-chip camera functions and is programmable through a simple two-wire serial interface.The camera system features a microcontroller (MCU) and a sophisticated image flow processor (IFP) with a real-time JPEG encoder.
