TS393: Comparator, Dual, CMOS, 16 V Supply

The TS393 is a micropower CMOS dual voltage comparator. It features extremely low consumption of 6 µA typical per comparator and operates over a wide temperature range of TA = -40 to 125°C. NCV2393 is the automotive qualified version of TS393.
