TVS4201: Low Clamping Voltage Surge Protection Diode Array
The TVS4201MR6 transient voltage suppressor is designed to
protect high speed data lines from ESD, EFT, and lightning surges.

IEC 61000−4−5 (Lightning) 25 A (8/20 s)
- Low Clamping Voltage
