The H8S/2368 group achieves low-voltage and high-speed operation with the 3.3-V single power supply (33 MHz/3.3V). In addition to the standard peripherals, the enhanced peripherals are provided such as 5-ch serial communication interface (I2C ´ 2 ch) and 16-ch A/D converter. Furthermore, an on-chip debugging function is incorporated in the H8S/2368F and H8S/2367F, enabling you to implement a development environment at lower cost. The 120-pin and 128-pin packages are available.
