Power switch for memory card Slot (BD6528HFV, BD6529GUL) is a high side switch IC having one circuit of N-channel Power MOSFET. The switch realizes 100mO:BD6529GUL, 110mO:BD6528HFV ON resistance. Operations from low input voltage (VIN?2.7V) can be made for use for various switch applications.The BD6524HFV is available in a space-saving HVSOF6 package. The BD6529GUL is available in a space-saving VCSP-6 package.
