STTH30R04-Y：Automotive utlrafast recovery diode
This dual diode Schottky rectifier is suited for high frequency switched mode power supplies.
Packaged in DPAK, TO-220AB and TO-220FPAB, this device is intended to be used in SMPS TV, providing these applications with a good efficiency at both low and high load.
