LT6660 2mm x 2mm DFN 封装的纤巧型微功率精准串联基准

LT®6660 是一个微功率串联基准系列,它集高准确度、低漂移、低功耗和极小封装尺寸等诸多特点于一身。这些串联基准采用了曲率补偿 (用于获得低温度系数) 和激光修整精准薄膜电阻器 (旨在实现高输出准确度)。LT6660 可提供高达 20mA 的电流和卓越的电压调节特性,从而使其成为精准稳压应用的理想选择。

与必须耗用全部负载电流来进行运作的并联基准相比,LT6660 系列串联基准具有电源电流和功耗方面的优势。此外,LT6660 也无需使用一个输出补偿电容器。在 PC 板级空间十分宝贵、需要快速稳定或必须尽可能地抑制总电容 (就像在本质安全型应用中那样) 的应用中,该特点是很重要的。反向电池保护可阻止这些基准传导反向电流。
