74AHC(T)240：八位元缓冲器/线路驱动器；反相；3态

74AHC240和74AHCT240是带3态输出的8位反相缓冲器/线路驱动器。这类器件可用作两个4位缓冲器或一个8位缓冲器。它们具有两个输出使能（1OE和2OE），每个使能都控制四个3态输出。nOE上的高电平使输出呈高阻抗关断状态。输入可耐受过压。该特性允许将这类器件用作混合电压环境中的转换器。
